Training & Compliance Records - Roles and Responsibilities

The GVO Training & Compliance Records system has some flexibility in 'who can do what'.

A GVO Manager can do everything in all boards.

A user can be given 'Manage Training Courses' and/or 'Manage Completion' in their user profile to delegate the workload. They can only perform the Completion/Attendance actions for users in the same board.

NOTE: We recommend limiting the number of people who can 'Manager Training Courses' (part of their profile) to avoid course duplication.  Ideally you want one 'course' with multiple attendance/completion rather than multiple courses all with one attendee!

All other users can add/edit/delete their own course Completion/Attendance history and can add training certificates.
