NOTE: This 'global' feature is only available to the GVO Support Team.
Local GVO Managers can 'switch off' the Meeting Pack download in their own GVO
To disable all meeting pack downloads (Global Switch) follow the instructions below:
1. Navigate to the email address and select the 'Select GVO' option
2. When the list of GVOs appears select 'Site Administration' (only available to GVO Support)
3. Use the Checkbox to disable the Meeting Pack Download feature in ALL GVOs
4. Press SUBMIT to make the change
5. To allow Meeting Pack Downloads to be available again (assuming switched on in the relevant GVO master settings) then untick the box and SUBMIT
