If you see the following error message when attempting to upload a file to GVO (into a file, page or meeting) then the most likely cause is that the file contains an enormous amount of hidden data.
The most common problem is EXCEL files that contain thousands of hidden rows or columns that the GVO system is trying to read so that the comprehensive GVO search facility works correctly.
To load this file the hidden columns need to be removed or the key content of the file needs to be copied into a simple EXCEL or PDF file.
