If you see an error message that states 'You do not have access to any schools' (see below) then this means that the email address you are using to login has been removed for all the schools (GVOs) it was being used in.
The same email address can be used to access several GVOs so even if it has been removed from one GVO it may still be valid in another GVO (which is why it is still known to the GVO System).
When you see this error it means that you do not have access to any schools - please contact the GVO Support Desk (01273 921066) or your local school GVO Super-User to resolve the problem.
Note: If the email address needs to be removed from the GVO system totally (all schools) then please call the GVO Support Desk.
