If you can access the GVO but certain things are missing (eg 'most recent content', files in meeting packs etc) then this may be caused by the web browser (or an add-on) blocking that content.
To resolve the issue please try the following steps...
1. Run the browser in 'Safe Mode' which disables the add-ons (in Firefox this is done by using the menu/help/restart with add-ons disabled option).
2. Check the add-ons active in the browser and disable them one by one until you find the one that is causing the trouble - if you can live without that add-on then remove it but if not you may need to search for a way to white-list the following site to prevent it being blocked. White-listing just tells the add-on that this site is OK to allow.
