If any restrictions are being applied to either a folder or a document then the word 'Restricted' will appear near to the title or there will be a 'key' icon next to the item in the folder view. Below are examples of a folder and a document showing that a restriction is in place.

If you click on the the word restricted then the system will display what restrictions are in place. This can be one of several options..
1. For a folder it may shows the restrictions or indicate that the restrictions are from the parent folder (in which case go to the parent folder to see them). See examples below...
2. For a restricted document the system will show that the restrictions are coming from the folder (screenshot 1) or from specific document restrictions (screenshot 2).
