When a folder is deleted all the sub folders and documents in the folder are also deleted (sometimes this can be done in error when a higher level folder is deleted instead of a lower level one). It is possible to recover these items in one transaction.
Note: Only the local GVO Manager can recover deleted items
Follow the steps below to recover a deleted folder and all the contents
1. Use the 'Wastebin' option on the main navigation menu
2. Navigate to the folder that you wish to recover - you may need to 'sort' by 'name' or 'date' to find the folder you wish to recover. The folder you select must have a place to recover to (so if you have deleted folders and sub folders you must recover the top level folder then all sub folders and contents will be recovered)
3. Click on the folder name - you will see who deleted it (and when). Press 'Restore' to restore the folder (and all the contents) back to the original location.
4. Click 'Yes' to confirm
5. Check that the folder (and all contents) have been restored
