The DBS information for each Governor can be stored within the Governor Record. This can be reported via the User Reporting tool (only available to GVO Managers and users who have 'Edit Board Member' (often the clerk) in their user profile).
The format of the report is shown below - it can be exported to EXCEL or PDF.
