The GVO has a comprehensive feature to create, manage and report on training courses and Governor Training & Compliance Records. Click on each link to find out more.
There are three main parts to this feature...
1) Creation of the Training Courses (information, provider, validity etc) - these are created by the local GVO Manager or any user that has this permission added to their profile
2) Completion/Attendance - the ability to mark completion/attendance on a course (including multiple completions/attendances) - normally this is done by the user themselves but this can also be done by a user who has this permission added to their profile
3. Reporting - a comprehensive reporting tool that can generate PDF and EXCEL downloads.

You can add comments to Training Course and also add Training Certificates to your Training Completion/Attendance records.
