WARNING: Whilst this option does exist we would, instead, recommend using the option to 'Add Page' and add the links in the main description area of the page. This will give far greater flexibility for formatting text and adding Comments.
The new version of GVO allows Links (to external websites) to be added to any folders. It is also possible to have a top-level folder set up that contains a list of useful links for Governors (see help on creating a top level folder).
To add a link to an external website in any folder use the Actions/New Link option.
The following screen will open where you add the Link Name and web address of the external website. Press Submit when done.
Below is an example of a 'Useful Links' folder.
