When a user is added to the GVO and their account is 'active' they are sent an email explaining how to access GVO and how to set their own password. The email comes from the email address noreply@mg.thegvoffice.com
There is a 'checkbox' to determine if the welcome email should be sent.
The format of the email is shown below...
Note: If a user is set up as 'Inactive' (to allow initial set up of the profile without activating) then a welcome email is not sent.
To send a new welcome email go to the user profile, edit and select the checkbox then SUBMIT.
