The list of school or college policies can be large. The GVO provides a flexible reporting tool to assist with various tasks associated with Policy Management.
To access the reporting tool go to the Policies Folder and select the 'Reporting' button (top right)
The Reporting screen will open up..
The reporting tool is a 'live' system so as you make your selections (Policy Type, Status, Dates, Statutory) the list below will immediately change. Columns can be sorted as well. There is a column that shows if the policy is published to a public viewer (and which one) ….press the small letter 'i' for an explanation. When you have made the correct selections you can export to PDF or EXCEL. The fomat of the PDF report is shown below.
