The Training & Compliance Records system allows the GVO Manager and any user who has been given 'Manage Training Course Attendance/Completion' authority in their user profile to add an attendance/completion record for another user*
* in the case of a user who has 'Manage Training Course Attendance/Completion' in their user profile it is only for users in the same 'Board'
To add a completion/attendance record for somebody else navigate to the list of courses via Training Records/Courses
Select the course where you wish to update the attendance and select 'Record Completion for another user'.
Select the user from the drop-down list and select the date then press YES.
If you need to make any corrections you are able to edit/delete their completion/attendance records via the reporting part of Training Records.
