Reports

The GVO has a number of reports that can be printed, exported to EXCEL or saved as PDF files.

1. Governor Records

This report gives all the details of the Governors, their term of office, type of Governor and any registered interests. This report can be used on the school/college website. As this is 'public information' all GVO users can see this report. The report has filters available so that a specific report can be created. Reporting Governor Records
 

2. User Records

This report gives all the details of each user (email, address, contact number, DBS information. It is only available to the GVO Manager and any user that has 'Edit Board Member' in their user profile (often the clerk). The report has 'board' filters available so that a specific report can be created.   Reporting User Information

3. Policies

This report lists the policies in the GVO alongside who owns then and their validity dates. Filters are available to create custom reports.
