The 'Meeting Pack' functionality allows governor comments, questions and approvals to be added to individual documents in addition to comments about the meeting itself. This means that the comments about documents are stored as 'evidence' against each document.
One very useful feature is that the links added to a meeting pack can be to 'open' items and also to 'restricted' items (such as confidential minutes or budget spreadsheets). If a user does not have access to a particular document then the meeting pack will say 'no access'.
Below is an example meeting pack that contains a number of 'open access' links and a link to a file that has access restrictions that this user cannot access.
