The 'Most Recent Content' section of the GVO Home page displays all the activity that has taken place in the GVO and also a list of 'Upcoming Events'.
The content that will be shown (each with a link to the item):
- Any new files, meetings, tasks, policies, discussions
- Any files, meetings, tasks, policies, discussions that have been edited
- Any comments that have been added (the system shows the number of the comments and who made the latest comment)
There is a 'More' button which gives a much longer list of the activity in the GVO
New folders and changes to folder names are NOT shown - if you need to alert Governors to a new folder then please use the SHARE function.
Below the list of activity there is a list of Upcoming events. This includes:
- Meetings, tasks that are due, policy reviews
At the bottom of the screen any new GVO members are displayed and also any new User Groups that have been created. These are shown for two weeks.
