Sorting agenda items in a meeting pack

When 'links' or 'files' are added to a meeting pack the GVO will store them in alphabetical order. This makes it very easy to have the link/files in the same order as the agenda.

Note: It is recommended to use the 'two digit' numbering system for this.

When you add a link or a file to the Meeting Pack the description is automatically the name of the link or file. You can over-ride this by clicking into the Description box and typing the title you want (and include a number to match the agenda item).

The screenshot below shows links/files being added (in the incorrect order) and then how it looks after it has been saved.

When a link or a file is added you have the opportunity to change the title in the left hand box - by adding the two digit number you can define how the list of link/files appears.

This same system of sorting applies to files that are added to Discussions, Tasks or 'Pages'.
