If the preview appears 'blank' this could be caused by two possible errors:
1. The maximum filesize that can be uploaded to GVO is 100mb - files larger than this will not load correctly. Large files can often be reduced in size using free online file conversion tools.
2. WORD documents will not preview if the version of WORD is old. Ideally WORD documents should be in DOCX format (or save as PDF)
