Policy Display - changing the order

A 'Policy' type folder has columns to show the extra information about each policy. The GVO allows you to sort on any of the columns (both ascending and descending). The sort options are:

- Policy Name (sorted alphabetically by default)
- Review Date (date of the next review)
- Effective Date (date the policy became live)

- Status
- Policy Owner (notified when due for review)
- Policy Type (the list can be customised for each GVO)
- Statutory Flag
- Last modified Date
- Modified by (person)

In each case the arrows to determine which column to sort on (and to sort increasing or decreasing) are on the right of the item.

There is also a column which shows if the policy is published to a public viewer and if so which one(s)…the names of the viewers are board specific and can be updated as appropriate. If a policy is published then a green tick is displayed for each policy viewer (max 3) it is published to.


The final 2 columns show the number of comments that have been made against each policy and also the number of approvals in place.
