Task Views

The task function allows 'actions' (from full board meetings or committee meetings) to be allocated and tracked.

The Task View is found by pressing the 'Tasks' option on the main navigation menu (usually at the bottom of the list of folders).

This will open up the Tasks area where you have 5 options.

The screen opens up with the 'My Incomplete Tasks' view which shows all the tasks allocated to you that are not yet complete - the colour coding indicates if the task is not yet started (green), in progress (amber) or overdue (red).

The other views available are:

- All my tasks (completed or incomplete)
- Incomplete tasks (this shows all incomplete tasks in the GVO even if the user is not involved) - only tasks that the user has access to see are shown
- Complete tasks (for all users) - only tasks that the user has access to are shown
- All tasks (for all users, complete or incomplete) - only tasks that the user has access to see are shown

To mark a task as complete navigate to the task and use the ACTIONS button and use the  mark as complete option.

Note: Only users that 'own' the task or have been 'assigned' to the task can edit the task or mark the task as complete.
